Employee surveys that convince the works council
An employee survey stands or falls with the trust of the works council. Anonymity, data protection and co-determination are anchored in the platform architecture, not just promised in marketing.
Companies across Germany, Austria and Switzerland trust Kultify

Anonymity protection
Anonymity is a setting, not a promise
If a segment falls below the agreed minimum number of responses, its results stay locked. The analysis automatically hides small groups, this is not a house rule but part of the logic.
- k-anonymity: default 5 responses per segment, configurable
- Threshold set per survey together with the works council
- Responses cannot be linked to a person in the system, not even for admins
- Small groups stay invisible even with cross-segmentation

Minimum number of responses is configurable, agreed with the works council.
Data protection & hosting
Data protection to German standards
Survey data stays in Germany and serves only the agreed purpose. Kultify measures topics, not mood profiles of individuals.
- Hosting and managed databases in Germany (Hetzner, OVH)
- Data processing agreement (DPA) with every customer
- Retention period set in the DPA, complete deletion after the period
Hosting providers are ISO 27001 certified. Kultify itself is not.
How you involve the works council

Works agreement
Together you draw up the works agreement and define goals, timeline and framework conditions.

The works council sees the full questionnaire, comments and submits changes before the survey starts.
- 3
Set the anonymity threshold
Together you set the minimum number of responses. The default is 5 responses; the works council can go higher.
- 4
Rollout & communication
You communicate transparently to the workforce. The works council actively supports participation and builds trust.
- 5
Results & actions
You get access to aggregated results, as set out in the works agreement. Together you derive actions for the workforce.
