Make culture and values visible.
Capture your company culture and core values with validated models, see team by team how they land in daily work, and compare the results with your industry.
You have dedicated contacts with our project team
from questionnaire selection to the follow-up survey

What you make measurable about your culture
Measure your culture on a scientific basis, see how strongly your core values are experienced in daily work, and spot where perception differs between teams.
Culture model
Your culture, scientifically captured
With the validated question pool you map your culture on a scientific basis, from the OCAI model to your own core values. An anonymous follow-up mode keeps answers honest rather than socially desirable.
Values in practice
See which core values land in daily work
Core values appear on every careers page. What matters is how strongly employees experience them in daily work. See that per value, with the open comments sorted by sentiment.
Segment comparison
Break it down to the individual team
Culture is rarely the same everywhere. See from the whole organization down to the individual team which area deviates from the average and where to start first.
Benchmark & trend
Diagnosis is the start. Follow-up surveys are the proof.
With the industry benchmark you place your scores against comparable companies. Follow-up surveys show over several waves whether measures land in daily work.
Make culture visible before it becomes a staffing problem
of European employees are considering leaving their job in the next three to six months
of emotionally disengaged employees are actively looking for a new job, compared with only 3% of highly engaged ones
of M&A transactions miss their financial targets because of cultural problems
From diagnosis to follow-up survey in four steps
- Step 1
Lay the foundation
Together with your project team you define goals and org mapping. The questionnaire combines validated questions from our question pool, your core values and additional engagement questions.
- Step 2
Capture the culture
The survey runs anonymously via the Kultify platform. Results only become visible once the agreed minimum number of responses (typically 5 responses) is reached. You agree thresholds and segments with your works council.
- Step 3
Understand the results
See the culture profile, values in practice and the segment comparison in the report. Together with your project team you interpret the results and prioritize areas for action.
- Step 4
Follow-up survey
Pulse surveys measure whether measures are landing. A full culture survey is usually repeated every 12 to 24 months.
Mit Kultify ist es uns gelungen, die Stärken unserer Arbeitgebermarke und die Handlungsfelder für unseren Change-Prozess transparent zu machen.
