Psychological risk assessment

The psychological risk assessment, without bureaucracy and Excel

Legally required since 2013, in practice also called GB Psych or GBU Psyche. With Kultify you go through the entire process: from questionnaires based on the GDA recommendation through analysis to a result report per survey.

The psychological risk assessment is mandatory. A mammoth project it is not.

From the survey based on the GDA guideline to a result report per run. From coordinating with the works council to the follow-up survey, you have a dedicated Kultify project team at your side.

Go into the review prepared with ready-made questionnaires, without your own research

Many HR teams lose weeks figuring out which questionnaire will hold up in a review. You receive ready-made question sets based on the GDA guideline and BAuA recommendations that cover all areas of strain. Industry-specific factors such as shift work or customer contact are added by your project team.

Results that carry your documentation

The most common weak point in the GB Psych is incomplete documentation. For every survey you receive an analysis as a report and heatmap, hosted on servers in the EU. These results form the basis for your own GB Psych documentation.

Security and data protection in detail

Works council and HR at one table, not in conflict

The GB Psych rarely fails because of the questionnaire, but because of a lack of trust between HR and the works council. At Kultify an anonymity threshold of at least five responses applies, which you can raise further together with the works council. That turns the mandatory exercise into a project both sides support.

In five steps from the obligation to a completed GB Psych

  1. Week 1–3

    Kickoff & alignment

Together with your project team, you clarify the framework, involve the works council and select the right question set. Your project team advises you on GDA compliance.

  2. Week 4–6

    Run the survey

The survey runs digitally and anonymously. Employees take part via link, QR code or kiosk mode, even without their own workplace PC.

  3. Week 7

    Analyze the results

The analysis is performed automatically by area of strain, segmented by department and location. You see critical areas immediately.

  4. Week 8–10

    Derive measures

Based on the results, you define targeted measures. Your project team supports you in choosing suitable approaches for each area of strain.

  5. Following year

    Check effectiveness

After a repeat survey you see in a trend comparison whether the strain values have shifted. The analysis of each run is available to you in Kultify.
