Why doesn't Kultify list specific prices on its website?

Because every company has different requirements. The price consists of two parts: a licence based on the number of surveyed employees and a setup package based on your support needs. With a custom quote, you pay for exactly what you need.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the minimum term is 12 months. The benefit: even with a one-time survey, you get full 12-month access to your results. You can work with them at your own pace, derive actions and track their impact. Surveys only reach their full effect over time.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

That depends on your project. In addition to the licence, there is a setup package based on scope and support needs, for example for an annual employee survey or 360° feedback. For repeat surveys, the setup becomes cheaper because we build on what already exists. We agree the exact scope with you transparently in the quote.

Platform access is always unlimited, no matter how many people in your company work with it. Which survey formats, analyses and support services are in your package is agreed individually. Onboarding, scientific questionnaires and your personal project team are always part of the collaboration.

The licence is based on the number of your surveyed employees. As your company grows, we adjust the price transparently and predictably. Larger organizations benefit from economies of scale.

How many people can access the platform?

As many as needed. Platform access is unlimited under both licence models, regardless of how many managers, HR staff or administrators work with it. The licence is measured by surveyed employees, not by the number of accounts.

Are there discounts for non-profits or the public sector?

Yes, we offer special terms for non-profit organizations and the public sector. Just mention it in the initial call.

How quickly can I get started?

It usually takes 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff to the first survey. An exit survey can go live faster. Your project team supports you from onboarding through questionnaire development to the first survey.

What if we want to run more surveys than planned?

That depends on your licence model. With the unlimited-surveys licence you run as many surveys as you need: pulse surveys, exit surveys, 360° feedback and more. If you started with one survey per year, we can extend your model at any time.

How do I cancel the contract?

After the minimum term ends, the contract does not renew automatically. We reach out to you in good time before the term ends to discuss together how to continue. You can export your data at any time.
