k-anonymity
See results only once the minimum response count is reached
Individual answers cannot be identified, not even by managers with system access. The principle of k-anonymity ensures this: results are evaluated and displayed only once the minimum response count is reached.
Technical protection
Answers cannot be traced back to a person
Neither IP addresses nor device information are stored alongside survey answers. There is no technical way to link an answer to a specific person, neither for admins nor for Kultify itself.

Your works council gets all the information it needs
Introducing an employee survey is subject to co-determination. You receive the information package for the works council that puts approval on common ground from the start.

What happens with your employees' data, step by step
Receive the invitation
Employees receive the invitation by email, QR code, or notice. The answer stays separate from it and cannot be traced back to the person.
Answer anonymously
Answers are stored without IP address, device ID, or timestamp. The link to the person is severed technically.
Evaluate in aggregate
Results are shown only in aggregated form. k-anonymity ensures that no group is too small for an evaluation.
Delete securely
Once the agreed retention period ends, all data is deleted completely and irreversibly. Earlier on request.
