Survey results become action that lands.
A survey without follow-up costs trust, not just time. You have a dedicated project team that helps you interpret the results and uses pulse surveys to check whether your measures take hold.

from the survey to implementation

Three concrete measures beat twenty vague intentions
Measures don't come from a ready-made catalog but from the themes within your company. You see the themes from the comments, your project team helps interpret them, and pulse surveys check whether the measures land.
Where do I start?
See hundreds of comments grouped into topic areas
Kultify AI groups open answers into themes, rates the sentiment per theme, and surfaces clusters. Which themes carry the most weight isn't decided by the tool alone: your project team interprets the results together with you, and you set the three to five priorities.
“Kultify gelang es, alle für uns wichtigen Themen kompakt abzubilden, woraus wir Handlungsfelder definieren und Maßnahmen ableiten konnten.”

Who helps with interpretation?
Your project team prepares the results for management
Your project team prepares the survey results so management can work with them directly: a focused presentation with strengths, fields of action, and an interpretation of the most important themes. You run the action workshop yourself, because the priorities are set by the people responsible who know their area. We deliberately don't keep a generic library of measures: realistic measures come from your data and your context, not from another company's drawer.
Who does what?
Every measure gets an owner and a status
You record your agreed measures in Kultify, with an owner and a status. HR sees overall progress, each manager their own measures. The survey result becomes a list that's actively worked on, not just a report for the management board.
Did it work?
A short pulse survey instead of waiting twelve months
Three to six months after a measure, you don't ask the whole question set again but five to ten targeted questions on the topic. Pulse surveys are answered in two to three minutes, and the results are available immediately. This shows you whether the change has reached the team before the next major survey runs.
What happens with the answers?
The most important moment comes after the survey, not during it
Employees give their answer once. What they learn afterward decides whether they take part again next time. You share the results and the measures decided back with the workforce: as a summary, as an update, as a visible sign that "We listened."
Employee surveys don't fail because of the questions. They fail in the follow-through.
