Kultify as the basis for the long-term development of leadership and company culture at Rhomberg Bau

Background

Rhomberg Bau is an economically independent company within the internationally active Rhomberg Group and supports its clients as a full-service provider with solutions and services for every phase in the life cycle of public and private buildings.

Rhomberg Bau's goal is the long-term development of its leadership and company culture, pursued consistently and in a structured way over the coming years. The basis for this undertaking is regular feedback from its own employees on the current actual state.

Objective

In her search for a suitable provider, Ms Eyrich approached us with the following requirements: representing the company structure (9 companies with a large number of departments), integrating the existing questionnaire, individually tailored results reports, the simplest possible digital solution, and the search for a long-term partner.

The solution with Kultify

Our online platform allowed us to set up a modern, tailored solution for Rhomberg Bau. As a first step, we transferred the questionnaire to our platform and adapted the digital presentation to Rhomberg Bau's corporate identity.

In the next step, we developed a concept for the digital evaluation. The goal was to present the results as simply as possible, so they can be put to good use in practice. This produced three digital report types: a department report, a leadership culture report, and a benchmark report for management.

Step three was implementing the company structure and the associated access management (i.e. 'who has access to which data').

Results

The survey results were distributed directly through the platform or via a link. This made it possible to send the evaluations to the relevant people in a targeted way. From these, individual development measures in the area of leadership and company culture could be derived.

In order to track the effects of these measures, the next survey is already being planned. Alongside the proven survey structure, it will additionally include 180-degree manager feedback. This serves to understand the leadership culture at Rhomberg Bau even better and to give managers the opportunity to provide a self-assessment.
